My love affair with food began in my grandmother's kitchen in San Francisco, where traditional Chinese cooking techniques merged with California's farm-to-table culture. This early exposure to diverse culinary traditions inspired me to pursue a Master's in Food Science from UC Davis and later, an MBA from MIT, where I focused on sustainable food systems and innovation.
As the founder of GreenPlate Solutions, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most innovative minds in food science. Our team has developed groundbreaking solutions in sustainable food preservation and plant-based alternatives, but my true passion has always been making these innovations accessible to home cooks.
