Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (200g) granulated white sugar
- 1 large (50g) egg
Instructions:
- Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a mixing bowl. Beat the mixture on medium speed until the sugar is fully incorporated and the dough is smooth and glossy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a 1-inch ball. Place balls 2 inches apart on the sheet.
- Use a fork to press a crosshatch pattern into the top of each cookie ball to ensure even baking.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are deep golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking pan for 5 minutes to set before transferring them to a wire rack.
