- 2 tablespoons (30ml) granulated sugar
- ¾ cup (180ml) milk of choice, chilled
- ½ cup (120ml) ice cubes
- Optional: Whipped cream
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hot water and matcha powder until smooth. Ensure no clumps remain.
- Add the sugar to the matcha mixture and whisk until dissolved. This creates the magic base.
- Fill your tall glass or mason jar with ice.
- Pour the chilled milk over the ice.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha syrup over the milk.
