  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup (180ml) milk of choice, chilled
  • ½ cup (120ml) ice cubes
  • Optional: Whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the hot water and matcha powder until smooth. Ensure no clumps remain.
  2. Add the sugar to the matcha mixture and whisk until dissolved. This creates the magic base.
  3. Fill your tall glass or mason jar with ice.
  4. Pour the chilled milk over the ice.
  5. Gently pour the prepared matcha syrup over the milk.
