Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 1 can sliced black olives

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and Parmesan. Fold in the garlic powder, salt, and mayonnaise until smooth and no streaks remain.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray and flatten it into a disk about 1 inch thick. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to flash-chill.
  3. Scoop approximately 3 tablespoons of the chilled mixture. Roll into a ball for the head and taper the bottom into a slight cone shape to create the ghostly drape.
  4. Press two small mozzarella pearls into the upper third of the ghost for eyes. Slice tiny slivers of black olives and press them into the center of the mozzarella for pupils.
