- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) balsamic vinegar (optional, for drizzle)
- ¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the stems and halve each Brussels sprout.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet, ensuring they’re spread out in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
