Instructions:
- Shred the cabbage, carrots, and dice the onion.
- Place the shredded cabbage, carrots, and diced onion in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
