Ingredients:

  • 20 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place a 12-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter until bubbling, then stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant and pale gold.
  2. Whisk in the heavy cream, broth, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  3. Stir in the frozen ravioli. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens and the ravioli are tender.
  4. Remove the lid and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven under the broiler for 2–4 minutes, watching closely until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
