Ingredients:
- 20 oz frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Place a 12-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter until bubbling, then stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant and pale gold.
- Whisk in the heavy cream, broth, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the frozen ravioli. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens and the ravioli are tender.
- Remove the lid and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven under the broiler for 2–4 minutes, watching closely until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
