Ingredients:
- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (or similar slider rolls)
- 12 slices thinly sliced Deli Ham (approx. 6 oz/170g)
- 12 slices Swiss Cheese (approx. 6 oz/170g)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Minced Garlic (or Garlic Powder)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Keeping the 12 rolls connected, carefully slice the entire block horizontally through the middle, creating a top half and a bottom half. Place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the ham evenly over the bottom layer of rolls, followed by an even layer of cheese slices over the ham. Place the top half of the rolls onto the cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion, garlic powder, and poppy seeds until well combined to create the glaze.
- Using a pastry brush, generously and evenly baste the entire butter glaze mixture over the top of the assembled sliders, ensuring the topping seeps down the sides.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminium foil. Bake for 10 minutes to heat through and melt the cheese slightly.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 3–5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and sizzling gently.
- Remove from the oven. Let stand for 2–3 minutes before slicing between the individual rolls using a sharp serrated knife. Serve immediately.
