- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (60 g) sliced black olives (for eyes and whiskers)
- 1/2 bell pepper (red or yellow), chopped (for bow)
- Additional toppings as desired (pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Shape into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix crushed tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste; set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Use olives and bell pepper pieces to create Hello Kittys face.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
