Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick, 115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (150g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (150g) butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup (75g) sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup (120g) chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 can (14 oz, 400g) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the graham cracker base. Follow with the butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all the layers, making sure to cover evenly.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
