Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick, 115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (150g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (150g) butterscotch chips
- 1 cup (75g) sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup (120g) chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 can (14 oz, 400g) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the graham cracker base. Follow with the butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all the layers, making sure to cover evenly.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
