Ingredients:
- 1 large sweet potato (about 350g / 12 oz), scrubbed and cut into ½-inch thick fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (2.5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon salt (2.5 ml)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1.25 ml)
Instructions:
- Wash and cut the sweet potato into fries, ensuring they are roughly the same size for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer (if your model requires it). Place the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are tender on the inside and crispy and golden brown on the outside.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
