Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sour cream. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture, whisking to combine.
- Stir in chopped dill, minced garlic, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with your choice of dippers.
