Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sour cream. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture, whisking to combine.
  3. Stir in chopped dill, minced garlic, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with your choice of dippers.
