Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Celery, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons Green Bell Pepper, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon Red Onion, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Scallions (Green Onions), thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Creole Mustard (or coarse ground mustard)
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish, prepared
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Hot Sauce (e.g., Tabasco)
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Finely dice the celery, green bell pepper, and red onion. Chop the parsley and slice the scallions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Creole mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce.
- Add the diced celery, green bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and scallions to the bowl.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, adjusting to your preference.
- Whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
