Ingredients:
- 2 shots espresso (about 2 ounces / 60 ml)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup (30 ml)
- 1 cup milk (240 ml, whole, 2%, or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
- Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew the espresso shots and set aside.
- In a small pot or microwave
- In a glass or jug, combine the brewed espresso and vanilla syrup. Mix well.
- Use a frother or whisk to froth the warm milk until its creamy and slightly frothy.
- Pour the frothed milk into the espresso mixture and stir gently to combine.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Spoon the whipped cream generously over the latte.
- Top with sprinkles, cocoa powder, or cinnamon, as desired.
