Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (500g)
- 1 ½ cups warm water (350ml)
- 2 tsp instant yeast (8g)
- 1 tsp sugar (5g)
- 2 tsp sea salt (10g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Drizzle of balsamic glaze
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- ⅓ cup pesto sauce
- 1 large pear, thinly sliced
- 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- Walnuts for garnish
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey, seasoned with taco spices
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- ½ cup lettuce, shredded
- ¼ cup sour cream to drizzle
- Jalapeño slices for heat
- ¾ cup Nutella or chocolate spread
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup sliced strawberries or bananas
- ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix until combined, then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) or as high as it will go.
- Once the dough has risen, divide into five equal portions and roll each out on a floured surface.
- Assemble each pizza with its unique toppings as per the ingredient list above.
- Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool briefly, then slice and serve with suggested garnishes.
