Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60ml) Blanco Tequila (100% agave recommended)
  • 1 ounce (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4-6 ounces (120-180ml) Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water (or other sparkling mineral water)
  • Lime wedge, for garnish
  • Optional: Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour tequila into the glass.
  3. Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
  4. Fill the remainder of the glass with Topo Chico.
  5. Give it a quick stir to combine (avoid over-stirring to preserve the bubbles).
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and, if desired, a pinch of sea salt.
  7. Serve Immediately: Enjoy your refreshing Ranch Water right away!
