Ingredients:

  • Hot Water: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Sweetener: 1-2 tablespoons (agave, honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup)
  • Milk (dairy or non-dairy): 1 cup (240 ml) (Almond, Oat, Soy, or Cow's Milk recommended)
  • Ice Cubes: As needed
  • Optional: Vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add hot water and whisk vigorously until a smooth, frothy paste forms. Ensure no lumps remain.
  2. Stir in your chosen sweetener to the matcha paste.
  3. Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the milk of your choice.
  4. Gently pour the matcha mixture over the milk.
  5. Stir well to combine. Add more sweetener or milk to taste.
