Instructions:
- In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Ensure all ingredients are well combined and no chia seed clumps remain.
- Choose your desired variation and add the corresponding ingredients to the jar. Stir well.
- Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
- Before serving, give the pudding a good stir to ensure even consistency.
