Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Ensure all ingredients are well combined and no chia seed clumps remain.
  3. Choose your desired variation and add the corresponding ingredients to the jar. Stir well.
  4. Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
  5. Before serving, give the pudding a good stir to ensure even consistency.
  6. Add any additional toppings you desire (fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola) and tuck in!
