Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ½ cup (120ml) Hot Sauce (such as Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons (22ml) White Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon (1g) Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon (1g) Worcestershire Sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon (pinch) Cayenne Pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter completely.
  2. Whisk in the hot sauce, ensuring it's fully incorporated with the melted butter.
  3. Add the white vinegar, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and optional cayenne pepper. Whisk until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to meld together.
  5. Remove from heat and taste the sauce. Adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper to your liking. Add more hot sauce for extra heat, or a tiny bit of butter for extra richness.
  6. Toss cooked wings in the sauce until thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
