Ingredients:
- ½ cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- ½ cup (120ml) Hot Sauce (such as Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce)
- 1 ½ tablespoons (22ml) White Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon (1g) Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon (1g) Worcestershire Sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon (pinch) Cayenne Pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter completely.
- Whisk in the hot sauce, ensuring it's fully incorporated with the melted butter.
- Add the white vinegar, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and optional cayenne pepper. Whisk until everything is evenly combined.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to meld together.
- Remove from heat and taste the sauce. Adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper to your liking. Add more hot sauce for extra heat, or a tiny bit of butter for extra richness.
- Toss cooked wings in the sauce until thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
