Ingredients:
- fluid ounces (60 ml) Good quality Vodka
- /4 ounce (22 ml) Fresh-squeezed Lime Juice
- –6 fluid ounces (120–180 ml) Spicy Ginger Beer
- Ice (Enough to fill the glass)
- Lime wheel or wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- Chill the copper mug (or glass) in the freezer for at least 10 minutes prior to starting.
- Add the vodka and fresh lime juice directly into the chilled mug.
- Fill the mug completely to the brim with ice cubes.
- Slowly pour the cold ginger beer over the ice, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
- Use a bar spoon to gently lift the ingredients from the bottom once or twice. Avoid over-stirring to preserve carbonation.
- Place the lime wheel or wedge directly onto the rim of the mug. Serve immediately.
