Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (118ml) Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.75g) cayenne pepper (optional)
- Pinch of salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter completely. Don't let it brown!
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually whisk in the hot sauce until fully combined and smooth.
- Whisk in the white vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Add a pinch of salt to taste, adjusting the amount to balance the flavors. Remember, hot sauce can be salty!
- For a slightly thicker sauce, simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Be careful not to let it boil!
- Time to add your sauce to a big bowl and add wings and coat.
