Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60 ml) Blanco Tequila (100% agave is best)
- ½ ounce (15 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 4-6 ounces (120-180 ml) Grapefruit Soda (Jarritos is the gold standard)
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions:
- If desired, rim the highball glass with salt. Moisten the rim with a lime wedge and dip it into a plate of salt.
- Pour the tequila and lime juice into the prepared highball glass.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top the glass with grapefruit soda.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
