Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) Blanco Tequila (100% agave is best)
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 4-6 ounces (120-180 ml) Grapefruit Soda (Jarritos is the gold standard)
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. If desired, rim the highball glass with salt. Moisten the rim with a lime wedge and dip it into a plate of salt.
  2. Pour the tequila and lime juice into the prepared highball glass.
  3. Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Fill the glass with ice.
  5. Top the glass with grapefruit soda.
  6. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge.
