Ingredients:
- cup full-fat Mayonnaise
- Tablespoons Ketchup
- teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- teaspoon Garlic Powder
- /2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- /2 teaspoon freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Pinch of Salt (to taste)
- /8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Instructions:
- Measure the full cup of mayonnaise and place it into a medium mixing bowl.
- Carefully measure and add the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to the mayonnaise.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, freshly ground black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the bowl.
- Using a whisk or spatula, mix all ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is uniformly pinkish-orange and completely smooth, ensuring no streaks of white mayo remain.
- Taste the mixture. Adjust pepper, salt, or add a tiny splash more ketchup if you prefer it sweeter.
- Transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, allowing the spices to properly marry into the emulsion.
- Before serving, stir the chilled Homemade Canes Sauce once more.
