Ingredients:

  • cup full-fat Mayonnaise
  • Tablespoons Ketchup
  • teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • /2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • /2 teaspoon freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt (to taste)
  • /8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Measure the full cup of mayonnaise and place it into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Carefully measure and add the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to the mayonnaise.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, freshly ground black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the bowl.
  4. Using a whisk or spatula, mix all ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is uniformly pinkish-orange and completely smooth, ensuring no streaks of white mayo remain.
  5. Taste the mixture. Adjust pepper, salt, or add a tiny splash more ketchup if you prefer it sweeter.
  6. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, allowing the spices to properly marry into the emulsion.
  7. Before serving, stir the chilled Homemade Canes Sauce once more.
