Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 cup (30g) Packed Fresh Spinach, thoroughly washed
- ½ cup (20g) Packed Fresh Kale, stems removed, thoroughly washed
- ½ medium (75g) Frozen Banana, sliced
- ½ cup (80g) Frozen Mango chunks
- ¼ medium (35g) Avocado, pitted and scooped
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Chia Seeds
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- Optional: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Honey or Maple Syrup, to taste
Instructions:
- Add almond milk to the blender jar.
- Add spinach and kale on top of the almond milk.
- Add the frozen banana, frozen mango, avocado, chia seeds, and lime juice. Add sweetener, if using.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, lime juice, or thickness as needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
