Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana, ripe (about 120g / 4 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (15g / 0.5 oz), creamy or crunchy
  • ½ cup milk (120ml / 4 fl oz) - Dairy, almond, oat, soy, etc.
  • ½ cup ice cubes (about 60g / 2 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (5g / 0.2 oz) (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana. Measure out all other ingredients.
  2. Add banana, peanut butter, milk, ice, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. If too thick, add a splash more milk. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes.
  5. Taste and add more sweetener or peanut butter to your preference.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. This is a delicious peanut butter banana smoothie.
