Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, ripe (about 120g / 4 oz)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (15g / 0.5 oz), creamy or crunchy
- ½ cup milk (120ml / 4 fl oz) - Dairy, almond, oat, soy, etc.
- ½ cup ice cubes (about 60g / 2 oz)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (5g / 0.2 oz) (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel the banana. Measure out all other ingredients.
- Add banana, peanut butter, milk, ice, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- If too thick, add a splash more milk. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes.
- Taste and add more sweetener or peanut butter to your preference.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. This is a delicious peanut butter banana smoothie.
