Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (8g) (optional, for anti-caking)
Instructions:
- Use a measuring cup to scoop 1 cup of granulated sugar.
- (Optional) Measure 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- If using, add cornstarch to the sugar in the blender or food processor.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Stop periodically to check the texture. You want a fine, powdery consistency without large granules.
- Take a small spoonful and check for clumps. If clumpy, blend again for a few more seconds.
- Carefully pour the powdered sugar into an airtight container for storage.
