Ingredients:
- ½ cup (75g) Fresh Strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Water
- 1 cup (240ml) Milk of Choice
- ½ teaspoon (1g) Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Hot Water
- Optional: Extra Maple Syrup or sweetener, to taste
- Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Blend strawberries, maple syrup, and water until smooth. Set aside.
- Whisk matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl until a smooth, lump-free paste forms.
- Heat your chosen milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm but not boiling.
- Fill your glass with ice. Spoon the strawberry puree into the bottom of the glass. Pour in the warm milk.
- Gently pour the matcha paste over the milk, allowing it to swirl naturally. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
- Stir gently to combine before sipping.
