Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) Fresh or Frozen Strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup (240ml) Whole Milk
  • 2 cups (approximately 250g) Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Strawberry Syrup (optional)
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  • Fresh Strawberry (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and hull fresh strawberries. If using frozen, no preparation is needed.
  2. Add strawberries, milk, and ice cream to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Add strawberry syrup, if using.
  4. Taste the milkshake and add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired, or more ice cream for a thicker shake. Blend briefly to incorporate.
  5. Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry, and sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately.
