Ingredients:

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Moscato wine (chilled)
  • 2 cups (473 ml) Spiced Apple Cider (chilled)
  • 1 cup (237 ml) Apple Brandy or Calvados
  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple, cored and diced
  • 1 large Bosc pear, cored and diced
  • 2 medium Oranges, one sliced into rounds, one juiced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh cranberries
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • Optional: Sparkling water or ginger ale, to top

Instructions:

  1. Core and dice the apple and pear. Slice one orange into rounds. Juice the other orange.
  2. In the pitcher or punch bowl, combine the diced apple, diced pear, orange slices, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.
  3. Pour in the Moscato, apple cider, apple brandy (or extra Moscato), and orange juice.
  4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients, being careful not to mash the fruit.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for better flavour infusion.
  6. Before serving, add a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale (optional) for extra fizz. Serve chilled in glasses filled with ice. Garnish with extra orange slices or a cinnamon stick.
