Ingredients:
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Moscato wine (chilled)
- 2 cups (473 ml) Spiced Apple Cider (chilled)
- 1 cup (237 ml) Apple Brandy or Calvados
- 1 large Honeycrisp apple, cored and diced
- 1 large Bosc pear, cored and diced
- 2 medium Oranges, one sliced into rounds, one juiced
- 1/2 cup (75g) fresh cranberries
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Optional: Sparkling water or ginger ale, to top
Instructions:
- Core and dice the apple and pear. Slice one orange into rounds. Juice the other orange.
- In the pitcher or punch bowl, combine the diced apple, diced pear, orange slices, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.
- Pour in the Moscato, apple cider, apple brandy (or extra Moscato), and orange juice.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients, being careful not to mash the fruit.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for better flavour infusion.
- Before serving, add a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale (optional) for extra fizz. Serve chilled in glasses filled with ice. Garnish with extra orange slices or a cinnamon stick.
