Ingredients:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 oz (57g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread to your desired level of doneness.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
  4. Arrange the smoked salmon slices artfully on top of the avocado.
