Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Premium Vodka or Silver Rum
- 1 oz 100% Pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 0.25 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 oz Chilled Prosecco or Brut Champagne
- 1 tsp Fresh pomegranate arils
- 1 Sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Place your glassware in the freezer for at least 10 minutes prior to serving. Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with large, solid ice cubes to prevent over-dilution.
- Add the vodka (or rum), pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frost-cold, then strain the mixture into the chilled flute or coupe glass.
- Top the glass with the chilled sparkling wine, pouring slowly at an angle to preserve the carbonation.
- Garnish with a spoonful of pomegranate arils and a sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive aroma.
