Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Premium Vodka or Silver Rum
  • 1 oz 100% Pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 0.25 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 oz Chilled Prosecco or Brut Champagne
  • 1 tsp Fresh pomegranate arils
  • 1 Sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Place your glassware in the freezer for at least 10 minutes prior to serving. Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with large, solid ice cubes to prevent over-dilution.
  2. Add the vodka (or rum), pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frost-cold, then strain the mixture into the chilled flute or coupe glass.
  4. Top the glass with the chilled sparkling wine, pouring slowly at an angle to preserve the carbonation.
  5. Garnish with a spoonful of pomegranate arils and a sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive aroma.
