- 1 cup (150g) Strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup (150g) Blueberries
- 1 cup (150g) Grapes, mixed red and green
- 1 medium (200g) Apple, sliced
- 1 medium (200g) Pear, sliced
- 200g Brie cheese
- 200g Aged cheddar cheese
- 200g Goat cheese
- 1/2 cup (60g) Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients including fruits, cheeses, nuts, honey, and garnishes.
- Prepare the fruits by hull and halve strawberries, wash blueberries and grapes, and slice apple and pear into wedges, tossing in lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Slice the cheeses: cut Brie into wedges, cube aged cheddar, and roll or slice goat cheese into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the cheeses on one side of the platter, fill in with fruits in an attractive, colorful manner, and scatter nuts across the platter.
- Finish by drizzling honey over cheeses and fruits, adding mint leaves for garnish, and serve immediately or chill briefly.
