Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced (150 grams)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (75 grams)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (35 grams)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (45 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (15 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 grams)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the baby spinach and sliced strawberries.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and sliced almonds on top.
