Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the fillets skin-side down, close the lid, and grill for 4–6 minutes without moving them until the fish releases easily from the grate.
  3. Flip the fillets and grill for another 3–5 minutes.
  4. While the salmon rests, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Brush the lemon butter mixture over the hot fillets immediately after removing them from the grill and let the fish rest for 3 minutes.
