Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the fillets skin-side down, close the lid, and grill for 4–6 minutes without moving them until the fish releases easily from the grate.
- Flip the fillets and grill for another 3–5 minutes.
- While the salmon rests, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush the lemon butter mixture over the hot fillets immediately after removing them from the grill and let the fish rest for 3 minutes.
