Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (28g)
- 2 tablespoons honey (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2g)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (245g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey and melted butter to create a basting sauce.
- Brush each peach half with the honey-butter mixture.
- Sprinkle the cut sides of the peaches with ground cinnamon.
- Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes or until grill marks appear.
- Carefully flip the peaches and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract.
- Serve grilled peaches warm with a dollop of vanilla yogurt and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
