Instructions:
- Rinse the brown rice by placing it in a fine mesh strainer and rinsing under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add the rinsed brown rice, water, olive oil, and salt to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid of the Instant Pot and ensure the pressure valve is set to 'Sealing.'
- Select the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' setting and adjust the time to 22 minutes on high pressure.
- Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes, then carefully release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve.
