Ingredients:

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 48 pretzel sticks
  • 12 edible candy eyes
  • 1 tbsp melted chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Lay the Oreo cookies flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Place a small dollop (about a teaspoon) of chocolate hazelnut spread or frosting directly onto the center of the cream filling of each cookie to act as an anchor.
  3. Break pretzel sticks in half. Press four pieces into the left side of the frosting and four into the right side of each cookie, angling them slightly downward to mimic crawling legs.
  4. Press one candy eye into the center of the frosting on the front side of the cookie.
  5. Optional: Drizzle a small amount of melted chocolate over the pretzels to secure them and add a glossy finish.
