Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
- 1/3 cup (80ml) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon (5g) baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Loaf Pan: Grease or line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the Bananas: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth. Measure out 1 cup of mashed bananas.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Add melted butter to the bananas and mix well. Stir in the sugar, followed by the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined (Dont overmix).
- Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
