Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8-12 thin pancakes or steamed rice
Instructions:
- In a bowl
- Slice shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, and chop bok choy. Shred carrots and chop green onions.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar; set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef, stir-frying until browned (about 3-4 minutes); remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Add bok choy and green onions, stir for another 2 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet and pour in sauce; mix well. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
