  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
  • 4 cups club soda or sparkling water (960ml)
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Additional strawberry slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. (Optional) Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
  4. In a pitcher, combine the strawberry puree with the club soda.
  5. Gently stir to combine; avoid vigorous mixing to preserve carbonation.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  7. Pour the strawberry soda mixture over the ice.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves and additional strawberry slices if desired.
