- 4 cups club soda or sparkling water (960ml)

Instructions:
- Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- (Optional) Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
- In a pitcher, combine the strawberry puree with the club soda.
- Gently stir to combine; avoid vigorous mixing to preserve carbonation.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the strawberry soda mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves and additional strawberry slices if desired.
