Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced or 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, optional for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic if using fresh.
  2. In a bowl, add sour cream (or Greek yogurt), minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If a thinner sauce is desired, stir in a little water or additional lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
