- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, optional for garnish
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic if using fresh.
- In a bowl, add sour cream (or Greek yogurt), minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- If a thinner sauce is desired, stir in a little water or additional lemon juice.
