Instructions:

  1. Gather all spices and measure into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, and cayenne (if using) into the bowl.
  3. Whisk or stir the mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and evenly distributed.
  4. Adjust seasoning by adding more salt or cayenne as desired.
