Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brewed coffee (about 475 ml)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (about 240 ml)
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice (15-30 ml), optional
  • Colorful sprinkles (to taste)
  • Cinnamon (a pinch, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew 2 cups of your favorite coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over low heat until warm but not boiling (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Stir in maple syrup or sweetener if desired until completely mixed in.
  4. Use a whisk or milk frother to froth the warm almond milk until it starts to froth and increase in volume.
  5. Pour the brewed coffee into mugs and gently pour the frothed almond milk over the coffee.
  6. Top with a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
