Ingredients:
- 2 cups brewed coffee (about 475 ml)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (about 240 ml)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice (15-30 ml), optional
- Colorful sprinkles (to taste)
- Cinnamon (a pinch, optional)
Instructions:
- Brew 2 cups of your favorite coffee using your preferred method.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over low heat until warm but not boiling (about 2-3 minutes).
- Stir in maple syrup or sweetener if desired until completely mixed in.
- Use a whisk or milk frother to froth the warm almond milk until it starts to froth and increase in volume.
- Pour the brewed coffee into mugs and gently pour the frothed almond milk over the coffee.
- Top with a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
