Ingredients:
- 1 package (10 oz / 280 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 package (1 oz / 28 g) Knorr® Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
Instructions:
- Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr® Vegetable Recipe Mix.
- Stir in minced garlic (or garlic powder), lemon juice, dill, and drained spinach until well blended.
- Gently fold in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled with dippable items of your choice.
