Ingredients:

  • 1 package (10 oz / 280 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 package (1 oz / 28 g) Knorr® Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr® Vegetable Recipe Mix.
  3. Stir in minced garlic (or garlic powder), lemon juice, dill, and drained spinach until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled with dippable items of your choice.
