Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) smoked paprika
- Optional: A squeeze of fresh lime or lemon juice
- Optional: Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: Sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, Sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth and evenly combined.
- Taste the mayo and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more Sriracha for heat, a squeeze of lime or lemon for brightness, or a pinch of salt if it needs a little lift.
- For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
