Ingredients:
- 4 medium sweet apples (e.g., Fuji or Gala), approximately 1 kg total
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 mL), freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (5 g) (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey (15-30 g), to taste (optional)
- Cold water (as needed)
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
- Core the apples and cut them into quarters (do not peel).
- Feed the apple quarters into the juicer.
- Collect the juice in a clean container.
- Stir in the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- If using, add the ground cinnamon and sweetener, mixing until dissolved.
- If a clearer juice is preferred, strain through a microfiber cloth or cheesecloth.
- Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
