Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sweet apples (e.g., Fuji or Gala), approximately 1 kg total
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 mL), freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (5 g) (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey (15-30 g), to taste (optional)
  • Cold water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
  2. Core the apples and cut them into quarters (do not peel).
  3. Feed the apple quarters into the juicer.
  4. Collect the juice in a clean container.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice to prevent browning.
  6. If using, add the ground cinnamon and sweetener, mixing until dissolved.
  7. If a clearer juice is preferred, strain through a microfiber cloth or cheesecloth.
  8. Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
