Instructions:
- Place brown rice in a fine mesh sieve and rinse under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In the Instant Pot, combine rinsed rice, water or broth, optional oil, and salt.
- Secure the lid, ensuring the valve is set to 'sealing.' Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 22 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then carefully switch to quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid, fluff rice with a fork, and serve as desired.
