Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250g) whole raw almonds
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Weigh out 2 cups of whole almonds.
- Place almonds in a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse in short bursts (about 5-10 seconds) until they resemble a fine flour.
- Pour the ground almonds through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove any larger bits. Re-process any leftover pieces until finely ground.
- Transfer the almond flour to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
