  • ½ tsp (2 g) black pepper
  • 2 tsp (5 g) fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried thyme)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the carrots: Peel and cut into sticks, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  3. Mix the honey glaze: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Toss the carrots in the glaze until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  6. Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking, until caramelized and fork-tender.
