- ½ tsp (2 g) black pepper
- 2 tsp (5 g) fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the carrots: Peel and cut into sticks, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
- Mix the honey glaze: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Toss the carrots in the glaze until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet, ensuring they are in a single layer.
