Ingredients:
- 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon (8g) Cornstarch/Cornflour
Instructions:
- Add the granulated sugar and cornstarch to the blender or food processor.
- Process on high speed until a fine, powdery consistency is achieved. Start with 30 seconds and check. Blend longer if needed.
- Stop and check for any remaining grainy sugar. Continue blending in short bursts until completely smooth.
- For the ultimate smooth texture, sift the confectioners' sugar through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard any large particles.
- Transfer the confectioners' sugar to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
