Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (8g) Cornstarch/Cornflour

Instructions:

  1. Add the granulated sugar and cornstarch to the blender or food processor.
  2. Process on high speed until a fine, powdery consistency is achieved. Start with 30 seconds and check. Blend longer if needed.
  3. Stop and check for any remaining grainy sugar. Continue blending in short bursts until completely smooth.
  4. For the ultimate smooth texture, sift the confectioners' sugar through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard any large particles.
  5. Transfer the confectioners' sugar to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
